2. Interior cabinet components: Sides, backs and bottoms are ½” Architectural grade UV Finished plywood assembled using inter locking dadoed and rabbeted Components with no exposed mounting rails.
3. Drawer Guides: 100lb. rated guide system; epoxy coated white finish; self closing side mounted drawer guides with self adjusting rear mounted brackets. Blumotion soft close drawer guides are available by special order.
4. Drawer Box; 5/8” solid wood birch sides, fronts and backs with clear finish to match the interior cabinets. Drawer bottoms are ¼” Birch Plywood with clear UV Finish fully captured within a ¼” X ¼” Dado and Box style construction. Optional Dovetail Drawer Box construction is available by special order.
5. Drawer Fronts: ¾” Solid Birch with machined edges and routed finger pulls.
6. Cabinet Face Frames: ¾” X 1 ¾” Solid Birch assembled using mortise and tenon construction. ¾” Reveal overlay between doors and drawers standard.
7. Doors: ¾” Solid Birch raised panel doors assembled with mortise and tenon construction with routed finger pulls.
8. Hinges: Fully concealed; six way adjustable; self closing hinges with 100 degree opening standard. Optional five (5) knuckle institutional grade hinges for severe use applications are available by special order.
9. Finished end panels: ¼” Architectural grade; UV finished plywood applied to the ½” Birch plywood cabinet side. Optional matching raised panel finished ends are available by special request.
10. Toe Kick: ½” Architectural grade UV Finished plywood. 4 ½” tall and 3” recess.
